Gives the bike a nice overall change and keeps the sisinter black look. Nice work and vinyl choice!

Me neither. I don't have the skills either, so I'll be sticking with factory paint. :-)
Impressive work IBuchon, you're a very talented chap.

Tighten it 'til it strips then back it off half a turn.

I think I will get mine re done professionally, as we did a few thousand kms in the heat, and the wrap I used has moved, and has some tiny bubbles that were not there after I did it. I also did the heel plates ( or whatever theyre called 😳) as I couldnt stand the horrid looking dull silver look they had.
It looked awesome for a few months !

😍 🏍 👍🏼

Thanks guys!
Frankie, good info. Im curious to see how mine holds up through an actual riding season. It gets hot here too. Also did my heel plates too but plan to get them powder coated with some other small parts. Thanks for posting about yours and let us know what a pro charges if you have it done.  :028:

Looks great. More than I would try myself though.

I did this some years ago and this was my first attempt, its a lot easier than you think if you cockup just reheat and do it again. The same piece of 3m vinyl can be reused and no damage to paint etc. Use a hairdryer to heat up .

Awesome work ibuchon, I'm currently doing mine only did a few parts.   Stretch with a little bit of heat then hold it while it cools down has worked for me.  Most of my front nose is many different pieces as it's near impossible to do the section above the headlights as one piece.

I did the rear mud guard in 4 pieces, one for the tire section, two for the chain guard, and one smaller piece for the small section that connects to the swingarm.

Everyone's vinyl wrapping is looking great.

Anyone tried to wrap the silver plastic frame covers yet. I'm tempted to try it..just not sure with the crevices on it.

Its the hardest piece, rather dip that one.
