I like where this thread is going! An7h0ny, all the pieces you wrapped I didnít. Thanks for the tips. Yours and Kesí looks good. I just cut the top of my frame covers off and matched the body lines on mine. Thought about trying to wrap them but I donít know how you would do the circle parts with all the holes.

I'm nearly done, just the inside peices of the upper fairing left to do. I decided not to do the undertail, the chain guard/fender was enough.  Sorry my pics suck, I can't get the right angles in my little over crowded shed, I'll take better ones when I get the bike off the stand.

An7h0ny- looking good!   Hey quick question.. the knee panel pieces that you just wrapped in the carbon.. did you have to remove the tank to remove those?

Not the tank but you have to remove the two plastic tank pieces via the two M4 bolts(for each side) at the ignition switch. Then three bolts to remove the knee panels.  Knee panels separate with two phillips screws, it's very easy then to place the part on a cut piece of vinyl and smooth out. You can wrap it easily with one continuous piece.

The knee panels are so slick on mine now. I might add something to get some grip. Does the carbon design have a little texture to it?

It does have texture but I haven't tested it yet.

Still gotta do the other side of the air box but here's how it's looking so far.  Once I have both sides done I'll be done wrapping, going for that inside body wrap look that swoops down into rear tire.

There are almost layers to the bodywork on this bike. I was thinking about doing a green or white on those inner parts, but I got burned out. Glad youíre going for it so I can get an idea of what it looks like.  :028:

I originally wanted to do white carbon in those areas but I thought it would be to high contrasting and not turn out good.  I should have trusted my instincts on that now that you said white and I can see it with the grey carbon I think it would have looked cooler. I already have a bunch a different colors what's one more.
