Yes, just those two pieces. The RAm mount set up also comes with what looks like a small black decal. About 1/2 inch wide and 2-3 inches long and about 2 mm thick. It looks like its soft plastic or rubber. There are no instructions to indicate what it is what it's for. You actually wrap it around the bar before you clamp the first piece on. It gives a very firm grip and will not slip.

I dont know how you would get the two ball theory to work man.

Hi Mark, I just ordered the same mirrors. Reviews are mixed, some love them and some hate them. How are they working for you? Do they loosen up over time?
