Thanks. I don't know what to make of that? Is it better to have a bunch of small blocks as opposed to fewer large blocks? I suppose the smaller blocks, having less surface area,  would tend to have less grip and overheat quicker? IDK. I fell asleep in class the day the teacher went over that.
If Kawi stopped using them then something wasn't working out. Like slipping.

I did a highly scientific pinch test with my thumb and finger and both springs felt about the same.
However, The Brock's springs are about 3/8 inch or so longer than the OEM springs.
I like The way the lever feels with the brocks springs installed.

Also very noticeable difference after installing the Brocks springs and new friction plates

Cant wait to test tomorrow

Are those photographs the right way around?

Tighten it 'til it strips then back it off half a turn.

Careful. You must make sure the clutch plate assembly (stack) measure 45.6mm to 46.4mm. If not, you need to use the the 2.0, 2.3 or 2.6mm plate to achieve that target.

The factory manual clearly spells out the procedure. Read it first.

I have only the owners manual in .pdf file and there is nothing about clutch disassembly. If you mean the service manual - too much money...
