I was looking at the Translogic intellishift before purchased my healtech. I like the size of the healtech unit and the gear sensor. Healtech shifting is very smooth. If the Translogic is better than healtech, I will sell my healtech.

Well, that as they say, is that. I installed the Healtech on my zrx, set it up per directions, took it for a ride, hated it, bypassed it and sent it back.
NOT the fault of Healtech or Blue Monkey Motorsports.

The unit is not designed for what I had in mind for the zrx because since I bought the z900 the zrx is primarily my touring bike. The Healtech is made for hard accelerating. Shifting the zrx with its big clunky gearbox at 4000 RPM while accelerating produced a very noticeable crunch in the gearbox which could not be adjusted out. I contacted Blue Monkey and they explained that the Healtech is not designed as an alternative to manually shifting at leisurely speeds.

I'd like to say that I highly recommend doing business with Blue Monkey. They gave me no resistance whatsoever when I contacted them about my concern. Blue Monkey is a terrific company and I will have no problems buying from them in the future.

I have ordered a Trans logic TLS-iS4-DCS-85 for the Z900, it might even get here today but I never know. Anyway when I get it and fit it, I will post up my opinion of it. I have not been able to find a bad review on them, so fingers crossed.

Looks like they give free Viagra for every Healtech purchase  :745: I think we know what zed9 gets up to when he is not riding the bike, he is always riding something by the looks.

I was going to but the clutch and gearbox on my Z is so smooth and effortless I'm not even aware I'm shifting. The zrx isn't that bad but it's not as smooth as the z900 and I'm now spoiled by the Z.
I'm also spoiled by the light weight of the z900. Wheeling the zrx out of the shed I'm wondering how i ever got on with such a tank all these years?
