That's one of those things I knew back in the mists of time but those neurons perished at some stage.
Better scavenging from a 4/2/1 maybe?

Fitted the headers today.  Bit of a faff but easy enough.
Beautiful deep growl out of the bike now and not offensively loud.
I'm going to have to block off the clean air system.
There's a hell of a lot of backfiring and flame spitting.

The ASZ-T can doesn't come with a baffle.  There is a db killer available.   Got out for a run today and it is feckin LOUD so I might get one.
Just setting off down the street I could feel more low down grunt.  The Cat and bread box really strangle this engine.

Good that you can feel the low end benefit of the 4-1.
I've blown my 2018 mods budget out the water, but think I've just found a home for my 2019 budget.
Just gotta find a way of getting it in Jan without the missus going mental!!
