thank you.    I would email or pm the guys at 2wdw and ask them what they think. They are good about quick responses to all the questions I have had. I’m just guessing that you would want to reflash as it’s more restricted now due to adding the cat.  They will answer questions through the forum.

 I don't think there is a definitive answer to your question. But for your information:

 A guy on the RS forum returned his ECU to Ivan's Performance to be re-flashed after he fitted headers.
 Ivan sent the ECU back without any changes because his base flash covers stock bikes & exhaust modified bikes with or without an after market air filters.
 As far as he was concerned the differences between those set-ups was not significant enough to warrant variations in his mail order flash.
 He does however insist on a different flash if you have modified the air-box to his specification.

 Your flash provider should know best unless you think he just want's your cash.

I think ive been told same regarding flash baseline, as i asked that day - what if i put db killer later or else, tuner told me You Can!

I thought id just ask here, to hear more opinions.

Yes, absolutely. The fuel mapping is very different for the OEM headers with a cat than any aftermarket system's headers without a cat. Send it back with some notes and we'll get it adjusted for you!

Including £1050 of insurance to cover the cost of a new ECU, about £80. The flash is $250 which is about £183. So £263 or less if they still do the discount code. Still cheaper than putting the bike on a dyno.

Interesting. Not hugely more expensive than a UK postal flash. 
It's a shame 2WDW don't have a UK/EU agent.
