Yes it does, and as MZ900 just mentioned, you can get reactive Pinloc inserts but this is the full visor that I have.
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure!

I have a Bell RS-1 with a photochromatic visor (auto-tint).  This is my main helmet, and probably the most comfy helmet Iíve owned since 1990.  It has a Cardo Packtalk installed.  I was wearing one of these when I high-sided my Street Triple...landed head first and cartwheeled into the woods and down a ravine....absolutely no head injuries.  Canít say the same for the rest of me.  These went out of production (were $350 when first released) and I purchased this from Motorcycle Closeouts for $99.

I also have an Arai Vector 2 (Chaser-X) Kevin Schwantz Replica (matte finish).  It is also very comfy...but LOUD!  It vents well, as does my Bell.  It is a very nice looking helmet, especially with a dark smoke visor.

By far the coolest helmet Iíve ever worn!!!

ZROD,

Good eye...it was an F-15D!  I was stationed at Elmendorf AFB in Alaska, 12th Fighter Squadron.  I was not a pilot, but enlisted flight line maintenance supply coordinator/expediter.  As a thank you from my supervision, I received a ride along  on a combat training sortie (air to air) the day before I was reassigned to a different base.  Too much to go into here, but I got to fly it several times, and sustained 6-8.5 Gs sustained several times without losing it (practicing basic fighter maneuvers).  It was a ride of a lifetime!
