This has been discussed many times but for some reason a few members seem to have short memories.

We're not prudes, and whilst we ackowledge that such material is extremely useful and the fact that it is freely available on certain parts of the internet, it does not necessarily mean that it's acceptable or legal for that matter. Copyright law is becoming much stricter, especially in the EU where this site is located. Some forums have already had legal action taken against them and as such we cannot risk our existance by being a conduit for such material.
