Z900RS for 2018 ?

This has been in the headlines in the far east in the past few days.

It was touted late last year that there would possibly be a retro styled Z900RS for 2018. All complete speculation of course. Also, if it did appear then would it run with the Z900 motor or something else ? The word "supercharger" has also been thrown into the mix as a possibility.

If it does appear then the Tokyo motorshow in October is a likely venue for it to appear. Maybe one to watch

I'm not into retro bikes so it's not my cup of tea, but for someone looking for a modern power plant with some retro styling it's awesome.

I can't say enough about the Z900.

Like mentioned, this is someone's creative idea but I definitely feel the xsr700 and 900 mix retro and modern much better.  I even like the zrx1200 more than this interpretation.

personally,

i dont see the point of forking out hard earned cash for something that looks like it's from 50 years ago, and abandoning alll the initiatives, styling, and security that manufacturers have evolved over that time, to go back full circle and... end up with this.
