This is my bike. This slip on looks and sounds amazing and it's affordable! About $250.

I really like the look of that. I have not seen it before. What brand is it? I would like to look into it. Another member had a Competition Werkes up for sale on Ebay which looks like it sold. Here is the link for the Company. This looks nice for a decent price. Anyone have any feedback on it? Thanks

I was thinking of making a gas tank out of wood.  :084:

$8 exhaust (remove stock muffler, install decorative tip)
Why?
I cant justify the price of aftermarket mufflers for myself. The sound of this is no doubt a little louder than having the exhaust muffled twice. I like the look of an underbody exit personally, but thats purely personal preference of course. I never bump it on anything moving it around the garage.
Why not?
A well built aftermarket muffler is pretty sexy. I would also imagine they sound more refined, but thats only a guess since I honestly havent heard one on the Z to compare. Also guessing theyre quieter overall if you like that kind of thing.
Ill let the guys with different slipons take it from there. Good luck.

Hey,

What size pipe would I look for if I was going to do this? Also what type of clamp did you use on it if at all?
