Did you put a tuner on it when you did that? Or is it eventually gonna burn something up?

With this bike, you can run full exhaust no probs (just block off the AIS plates.) It runs super rich from factory. I have full exhaust, and have no problems, but I have also blocked off the AIS. Taking the stock muffler off doesn't even make the bike noticeably louder because of the car muffler under the bike. You can 100% take that stock muffler off without doing anything else to the bike.

The stock tune is quite rich on these EURO4 bikes..

The older gen bikes had to run lean in order to stay under the emission norms.. but with the physical components that restrict the emission, the EURO 4 bikes can run a richer mixture straight from the factory..  :152:

blocking off the AIS has eliminated most of the exhaust pops...
