A lot of reviews said they liked this over the Motion Pro stand as its cheaper and a lot more stable. Most likely will be the one I am getting. I'd like to hear what you end up getting and how it works for you.

(I've rarely had luck with harbor freight so I gave up on all their stuff)
Harbor Freight stuff does indeed suck. Here's one that looks just like the same one you posted costing less.

I buy A LOT of HB tools every year and I do have good amount of trust in them, they fail about just as often as the stuff you get at all the other places but I'm still just not sold on their precision instruments such as torque wrenches, balancing kits, gauges, etc.

I took a look at my HF balancing stand today. I would recommend it. If it feels wimpy to you as it did me then beef it up a bit. It's fine. Many have bought it, according to reviews, and think it's great. Here's the one I bought. I like the tray in the base to hold the tools and weights. I recommend.

I do my own work on a ZRX + Wife's Ninja and just use balance beads, Buddy also runs them on his pig Goldwing with no issues-  Simple & cheap...

HF wheel stand is 'ok', a MOJO bar provides great help getting tires off / back on without scratching up your rims.

I have two. One is a higher end that cost around 125 and I also bought the harbor freight to do a comparison video. Just my .02 the harbor freight will work fine and with a coupon I got it for around 30.
