So is the Z900 throttle that much longer?  How's it compare to the R6 throttle tube?  I had an R3 and the R6 tube was one of the first mods I installed.  The stock R3 throttle you had to readjust your hand to twist it wide open.  When I traded in the R3 for the Z900 I didn't feel much of a difference.

R6 is the blue line.

Tighten it 'til it strips then back it off half a turn.

Okay i saw that pic in the thread, but didn't read it.  I thought that was a picture of throttle free play.  I'm obviously not fast enough to notice the difference between the Z900 and R6 throttle tubes.
