I do not know for sure what the fork oil is but I assume like most KYB forks that is Kayaba 01 fork oil.  You can use whatever 5wt oil you want really.

For fork oil levels, mine had 110mm in it from the factory best I could tell.  You should safely be able to do 90-120mm oil height.  You could probably push it to 130mm but you'd have to check.

I got the answer from my local dealer. In the right fork leg it was 515 ml and in the left 434 ml of oil if this will help any other out there.  :046:

You use oil volume in open bath forks instead of oil height?  I only measure oil volume in closed chamber forks.

    FRONT FORKS (BOTH)
99mm +/- 2mm (fully compressed without spring, below from the top of the outer tube. So measuring down from the top, 99mm plus or minus 2mm is the correct level.

Use a fork gauge, or make one up by pushing a long straw through a washer which is sat ontop of the outer tube, glue straw to washer (superglue), or drill a whole in a round plastic cap/top off a carton/bottle of oil or something and sit that ontop of the fork (top of lid facing up). Connect straw end above washer to a syringe and set straw length from the end in the oil to the point under the washer, to 99mm. Pull syringe. When oil appears you have the right level. May need to take some out with the syringe if overfilled. It doesnt have to be super accurate unless you are going to eeek every 1/000 second from  a track, but the two forks MUST be the same level. The narrower the syringe, the more accurate your levels will be.

Dead easy, works with any bike

!! DONT FORGET TO TAKE THE SPRING OUT FIRST AND GET A PAL TO COMPRESS THE FORK !!
(can make a form compression tool easy enough)
