High beam is not produced by the bulb but by the shape of the reflector.  Always had both on during the day with no problems.
Z1000.  I had a 900 so you'll never get rid of me. NEVER!

during the day - thats the key word, drivers  able not to look at you 
try to ride night time, every second oncoming car will blink you

Hello!

I had my stock halogens replaced with LEDs. Here are the pics.


The above are the low beams


And there are high beams.

As earlier stated, both the bulbs are similar. Whether the beam throw is low or high is determined by the reflector shape.

One thing I did notice is that there are only 2 adjustment bolts - one for up/down and the other for right/left. They control both low and high beam. Therefore one cannot adjust low and high beam independent of the other.

ive changed back to OSRAM XRACER halogen bulbs, after having a few night rides last season. these leds gives you nothing but just a cool look.....

So far, these have worked quite well for me - since all of our road users have super bright lights and always drive with high beam. At least these LEDs get them switch to low beam :)
