Description of the Defect :
On some units in the eligible range, due to improper routing of the rear brake hose and rear wheel rotation sensor wire, they may touch the rear tire.  Continued use may result in damage to the rear brake hose.  In the worst case, this could create the potential for loss of braking performance due to brake fluid leakage. The rear wheel rotation sensor wire may also become damaged.  In the worst case, this could create the potential for turning on the ABS indicator light, not displaying the speed on the meter and deactivating ABS functionality.

My bike is affected...I did look at the rear brake line and it does seem awfully close to the rear wheel.
