Ok. Hear me out. If you want a cruiser but not a boat, how about the Rebel 1100. Low seat height and it carries a passenger. Low price as well. Has good reviews.
I hate the Rebel styling but if Honda ever put that engine into a standard naked frame such as what the cb500F has, I’d be right over to my nearest dealer, ya know… for a look.

Southwick was awesome today. They open the track one day a month to anyone with a dirt bike and $50 bucks. One of the guys I was with used to race there.

    That’s only a 750 and it’s too pointy.
The styling on the z900 was the same for me. I had to really get used to it even after I bought it.

So I sold the Suzuki GSXS …… it was an amazing bike that was worked too far in one direction, hard edge and fast. Too much in one direction and not a joy to ride unless she was spinning 8k or more.
More to the point I went bike shopping to look at the Triumph 660 but was drawn back to Suzuki so possibly back a a Suzuki next week lol.
The Versys was getting all the love but we will see if that changes next weekend  :027: :027:

    Don’t tell me a V Strom.
Tho a friend of mine borrowed a 650 V Strom and rode around France with he and his girl and was quite impressed with it.

    No the GSXs1000 GT
Biggest issue is there is about a 6week lead time on the side cases :110:

That is a nice bike but in six weeks you could be onto something new. 😛
What was your impression of the 660 Triumph?
