Fastest for me is an indicated 136mph, so if we’re saying 6% off that number for true speed, then that would be just shy of 128mph. All on a closed roads obviously :038: I don’t have any inclination to try to max the bike out, though I am slightly curious what it’s capable of with my lump of weight sitting on it.

Not sure how y'all manage those speeds! Too much drag even when tucked as low as possible, I've done 127mph and I've let go, gets too sketchy for my liking lol especially when my helmet is wobbling left to right! Ha 😎🤘

Just pin it and hold on. I’m 6’ 6” and around 114kg. Head wobble is quite strong at higher speeds though lol.

I'm 6 foot, 220 pounds with gear. What I do is put my ass all the way to the back seat, lay on the tank and squeeze the bike with my legs. Elbows tucked.
After 240 kph the acceleration is pretty slow but it will get there. But anyway there are too many factors for reaching top speed - road, wind, tires, type of windscreen i guess.

Part of the reason for me getting a naked bike as opposed to another sportbike was because it is too easy to go really excessively fast on a sportbike, been there done that on my previous R1.
With a naked, the extra wind pressure means I tend to keep my speed down to more reasonable levels and therfore, hopefully, I won't fall foul of the local speed enforcement Gestapo, but still have lots of fun on the twisties 🙂
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure!
