 Hello Z900 World Just bought 2020 z900 (will not pick it up for few weeks) Old time rider 60+Years on motorcycles got the bug from my Father and grandfather both rode there whole lives. My !st Kawasaki was a 1967 A7 Avenger Red a very fast bike in its day. looking forward to 1st ride on z900. Like alot of old guys that ride motorcycles I have between 5 or 6 at anytime. Currently in my shop 2018 Yamaha tracer gt900/   2014 Suzuki  V-strom 650/ 2010 Honda VFR1200f/                   1982 Yamaha XS650(dirt tracker style). Had to sell yamaha mt07 to get z900 I great bike just need or want a little more power. looking forward to learning from you guys about this wonderful Bike. BE Safe   PS as a old guy I may be putting this post in wrong place sorry computers are not my strong suit

The tracer is based on the MT09 (FZ09). Which means you had an MT07 and MT09 at the same time. My previous bike was also the MT07. Will be interesting to hear your feedback on the differences between the Z and the 2 Yammies.

  The mt07 (FZ07) was a great little bike very lite 400 lbs and quick and easy for a old man to handle. The Tracer has same motor as MT09 but is a very different bike taller and longer swing arm. also tuned different.  Really the mt07 and the z900 are close to the same physical dimensions. the main difference the power of the z900 which is what I wanted a bit more of.
