That sticker is actually quite handy now that you think about. I take it the 91db is the loudness of the exhaust? (Which may serve to be a hindrance for us who have full exhausts)  Do we know what the "4750 min" is?

4750 rpm minimum. So I expect that means at anything above 4750 rpm?

No. 4750 min -1 = 4750 minute potency -1 = 4750 RPM. 91 dB @ 4750 rpm.

That would be the max total weight of the bike + a grown ass man + a hefty unit of a lady + the belongings  :001: (when close to 390 kg)
