Clutch plates order
on: September 21, 2020, 03:30:52 PM
I want to replace my friction plates.
Does anybody know whats the correct order the plates should be in? ( all of them including the metal plates)
And if you have some tips as well like in which direction the plates should be in and how to face them(metal plates rough side up or down, double springed metal plate as well.
Thanks in advance!

order the parts (מחול כמובן) and just look how they are arranged and do the same with the new parts, very important to soak the plats in oil for some time before installing them in the bike. try and find a service manual for your bike if you are working on it yourself makes life easier good luck.  :001:

The 'steels' have a direction as well. There's a rounded edge and a sharp edge.
Otherwise, as said, just watch the way you take off the parts.
You should consider Brocks springs as well. If you can get them.
