This guy seems like the only Kawasaki fan reviewer out there. Or may be he is the only one with a common sense. I do agree with his conclusion.
What I don't like though is this type of video review. Also I wonder why they never compare naked bikes on tracks, drags, roll ons and other real test. Most of the time is just a lot of talking without any real backing up.

I've always thought the KTM is a true and pure naked. When the 890R came out, I've never lusted over a KTM as much. While certainly NOT a better all-arounder like the Z900 is, the 890R would make a great one-trick-pony for the mountains. Biggest issue with KTM...their reliability. Other than general maintenance, my Z900 has been such a solid and reliable machine its scary. So much to the point that if I had to start all over again, I'd be foolish not going with the Z900.

Having said that, I feel Kawasaki is missing out on an opportunity not making a Z900RR (or Z900LE) with nothing but re-valved ZX10 forks and brakes - and S22 tires. I mean, they could charge an extra $1500-$2000 and it would still be in the running and out handle almost anything else.

BTW: I hope the pay-wall option style with the KTM "tech package" doesn't become a thing. The MC media guys need to ridicule and expose KTM for it. Such a scummy option, especially on an already premium price!!

They had something similar with Z750 (2007-2012) in Europe. Z750R (but only 2011 and 2012). Had Z1000 (older model, not current at that time) forks and shock and aluminium swingarm. I rode it, it was better, but not as aftermarket suspension on regular Z750. Nice upgrade, but nothing special
