Heel Guard nut
on: June 20, 2021, 11:02:11 AM
Swapping out my heel guards next week on my 2020 , what’s the easiest way to get a wrench on the right side lower nut? I thought about bending one of my cheaper 10mm wrenches to fit through the small opening seeing the rear brake cylinder is kinda in the way. Thanks

Easiest ... just pull the two bolts for the rearsets

Just loosen the two main rear-set 5mm bolts, this will let you pivot the whole bracket and easily gain access to the back nut. I would recommend you apply blue Loctite on the rear-set bolts after.
