I really like the ABBA Sportbike Stand. as I no longer feel a bit "iffy" when lifting the rear of the bike. Whoaa, there she goes, lost my grip on the back end, LOL. I mean, it's not all that difficult using a regular paddock stand... I have a Woodcraft, used it many times and it's very stable.
Having the ABBA front package option, I like how I can raise the front end at the same time without having to use yet another stand for the front. The ABBA will take up less space when I store the bike for winter.
There are a few niggles with the ABBA, such as making sure the side pins are placed correctly and locked properly. And I'm not sure how much side to side jostling it would take for the pins to pop out. I'm thinking it would be a LOT of movement, like basically throwing out all of one's common sense.
Anyways, I don't plan on using it much for maintenance like fork or tire removal (but it would make it easy to replace the rear shock). It's just easy and safe to use when I want to do some front end/wheel clean-up and chain cleaning/lubing.
Photos for those who might be interested in how it does it's thing with a Z900.
