Dies when hot, won't start till cool

2019 z900, 14500 miles, runs fine but gets hot and the moment I pull the clutch it dies and won't start till it cools. Please help. Combat vet ant this bike is my therapy on the bad days. Willing to take every screw and bolt out to fix!

never heard that ... do you have a dealer near your living area? sounds like a real failure

 "but gets hot...."
 What do you mean by "hot"?
 How many bars are showing on the temp gauge?
 Is it puking coolant?
 How is the coolant level?
Is the cooling fan kicking in?
How long has this been going on?

What do you mean by "won't start?" Does it turn over? First thing I'd check is the battery terminals to make sure they're both tight.

Cazzy, how’s the temperature over there? Is it as hot/bad as what I’m hearing?

 Yeah hottest day in UK history. Exceeded 40 celcius (104F) in some parts got to 35 or so where I am.
 It's small beer to many parts in the US but we are not geared up for it. It's pretty unusual to have air con in a dwelling here.

 The number of times I've looked at mesh riding jackets and thought "what the f**k use is that to me."

95 (35c) and humid here today but it’s to be expected. I’ve got the "window shaker" cranking otherwise I can’t sleep.
Can’t you buy an a/c online?

 The increase in ambient temperature is nothing compared to the hike in energy prices. For the sake of a couple of sticky days I choose to sweat.
