I get it. Trouble is it’s the old people who die from the heat.
I don’t like riding in this temperature but don’t mind working or going about my day in it. I only turn on my a/c  to sleep at night.
If I’m in another room I just turn on the ceiling fan. Just about every room in my house has one.

I'm spoiled apparently..... I use air conditioner if over 25C. 25C and low humidity is OK when indor, but, 23C is my sweetspot. Btw, i dont ride when is over 27-28C, upward of 25C is where uncomfortable ride begins for me so i plan my ride carefully). Mesh Jacket and T-Shirt if 20C and over, Leather Jacket if 20C and lower.

Celsius scale is the only thing i don't like in metric system (25C pleasant, 27C to hot) :001:

I agree regarding the Celsius scale. Anyways, you picked a reasonable riding range though with low humidity riding in the 80’s is not bad with the mesh jacket.
The hottest temps I’ve ridden in, for hours, was in the American Southwest desert (low humidity) was 115+F (46+C). Okay, I turned purple and had to stop riding and get a motel room. So maybe too hot.

We have a portable ac unit. When the sun is up it runs for free thanks to the solar panels then regular fans at night time. It was 39c outside and I was sat inside with a hoodie on at my desk.

you need to expand your riding gear options.  27+ = flip flops, shirt and shorts  :007:

I scrolled thru rather quickly but didn't see any relevant advice. I have an overheating issue as well. Especially in town. I have heard/read it has to do with how the routing of the radiator fluid. Something about how it goes through the heads first as opposed to how it is in a lot of other systems. I'm researching a lot on the topic now as some have offered an easy fix but I'm apprehensive to swap to reroute without some real experience advice. I totally get the therapeutic necessity of keeping it running. I just spent an hour with her in the shade at a gas station giving her some time to cool so I could get out of town so I am definitely trying to figure something out. I'll be following and I'll try to post if I get any closer to a solution.  This is one I just found to kinda explain it but I have found in practical riding it is still an issue in the heat in south ms.
