What is the OEM coolant used on the Z900?

As the subject states, I am looking for the OEM radiator coolant.  I am doing some fun upgrades to my 2020 Z and while the plastics are off I noticed the coolant reservoir was just above the low level.   Since I have less than 4K on the Z, I'm not committed to a full flush, I just want to top off the reservoir.  I would rather not mix brands (I'm not opposed top switching when I go to do a flush, but according to the schedule, I have a way to go before I get there.)

I found this on the Kawasaki website:
    https://www.kawasaki.com/en-us/shop/maintenance-products/performance-chemicals-cleaners/k61081004b/Kawasaki-Aluma-Cool-Engine-Coolant-Pre-Dilute

Could this be what they all use or is there something else?

    Thanks for any insight.

No need to add, same level on mine Z900 for 2.5 Years (51500km): 1/2-3/4 inch above minimum when cold.

Or, you can add  distilled water for peace of mind, it won't dilute coolant significantly and is safe to mix

I don't expect that Aluma-Cool is the actual made in Japan factory fill. Probably brewed in the US. That's not to say it's not compatible with the OEM coolant but unless it says so on the bottle....?
I looked for it when I changed my coolant and just like Kawasaki oil it didn't seem to exist outside of the US.
For my initial top up I just used DI water. It required next to nothing so figured dilution wouldn't be an issue and that proved to be the case. For a colder places a universal coolant such as Prestone would be a safe option.
I swapped out the coolant at 3 years for a VW G12 spec coolant (pink).

Youíll find that topping off the reservoir is only a couple of ounces. It looks like more but itís not.

Thanks for the feedback.  I was not aware it would likely only be a few ounces, but that makes sense.

I found a few reviews on Amazon for it that claimed it's "the same as what came from the factory" but that may have been the sellers own hype to make a sale.

    Cheers.  :821:

From what I remember, you want to keep it on the low mark. Fluids expand under heat and it builds pressure. After a decent temp is reached it probably will be between the min and max lines.

I saw that as well. I spent the $10 and bought the Kawasaki coolant.  I had a heck of a time getting the cap off top it off.  I wound up pulling the overflow hose from the radiator and back filling it with a 500CC syringe.   :007:
