Hello, I am new here. I got my bike 2 months ago, 2021 z900. I love it. Designed a exhaust mount for stock exhaust to get rid of passenger peg to use the bushing in the stock one. Fits perfect!

This is the link for thingiverse. MM units
Have fun printing if you use it.

That's very cool! Any idea if it would fit the Akrapovic slip on as well?

It should fit as long as it has the same mounting location as the stock one. The bolt through the rubber bushing.

What material are you printing this in?  PETG, ABS or ASA?  I'd be interested in what your print specs (layer height, temp etc.) are as well and how well it worked out.  I'm still a bit leery about functional 3D Printed parts that are going to be under stress or load on my Z900 but have been doing just that myself.  I've used ASA and PETG so far.  But I haven't subjected the bike to the heat of summer as I'm still wrapping up the project and it is also gettng a bit cooler outside.

    Nice work.

Hey, so I used PETG and like 60% infil. No heat issues whatsoever. I will need to get a picture soon of it. I am sure if you wanted better quality you could sand and then use body filler and paint it, I am happy with the quality.
Again with the heat issue, the Bushing does not get too hot, if hot at all. I will want to experiment more but i think PETG is good, PLA may be a little too weak.

I really need to get some pictures.

    Used Prusa MK3
    Layer Height .15
    temp 250C
    I used Support.
If you have a Prusa MK3 I can share my profile. if you would like.
