Did you check the condition of the plugs? Wet?
Oh, I see in your original post you said they were firing. So I assume they looked dry and tan.

We’re any modifications made to the bike?

I'm having the same exact issue. Rode for about an hour, took a break and filled up, rode about 30 minutes to see some people and when I tried to leave 2 hours later crank/no start.
Read about starting it as soon as the ignition is switched on to bypass diagnostics. Tried it, and it worked!.....for like 5 seconds.
Bike dies as soon as diagnostics finish/ fuel pump stops (don't know if this is coincidence).
    Exhaust smells very rich.
No mods other than Ixil slip on and no known previous issues

Have you checked your vehicle down sensor?

Starting fluid a no go...there are 2 sets of butterflies in the throttle bodies and they don't and won't both open during the start up sequence. I squirted a shitload in but i don't think it's making it into the combustion chamber. Double checked all 4 plugs for fire. They all have strong spark... anybody?

Just for the hell of it try starting with gas cap open. Maybe clogged vent? Probably not but hell don’t hurt to try. Full injectors, clogged fuel line? You said fuel pump and relay is working?

Vehicle down sensor won't allow fuel pump or ignition spark. Not that. Not fuel pump or filter. Plugs are properly gapped and firing. Back to timing or injectors.

Fuel pressure regulator? When you say battery is “hot” does it actually read high 12-13 Volts sitting ideal not running or cranking?

No error code because it doesn't run. Battery kept on trickle charger 12.5 volts or above. Fuel pump is priming during the 3 second cycle fuel pump wont run continually until engine starts after priming. All 8 butterflies operate normally ( both pri, and sec.) When primaries open secondaries close and visa versa until they both open upon engine run condition
