Yes, as long as the cylinders are equal.

Well I know why it won't run.
No compression. 30 psi on 2,3 60 psi on 1,4

Well that seems like a typical reading of a HF compression gauge. However, on the off chance it’s correct, what would cause a Kawasaki engine to fail so miserably at such a young age?
How many miles on your engine?

6k mi. Not even close to being an abused bike. Hit triple digits once, barely, never hit the limiter, I'm an old guy. According to the manual ithere should be WAAAY more psi. Explains having fire and fuel but no run

Yeah, but I’m betting your HF gauge isn’t seating right. Remember my warnings? Were there any high pressure noises coming out of the wells. A compression test should sound like the engine is under load. Kind of a high pitched whining noise.
You should do compression tests with all plugs out and throttle wide open.

All plugs were out, fitting threaded into head. No escaping air noise. Gonna double check gage tomorow on my old truck and if it's good off with the valve cover.

    Ok.
To be clear, my angst against the HF gauge is because mine broke down almost immediately upon using it. So I don’t hold out faith in its readings. Maybe yours is good and your engine is suddenly junk. IDK.
I understand to lay out big money for a real professional gauge that we use only once every forty years. It’s hard. I’m guilty.
I think your problem is electrical in nature.

So typically if you have a compression issue the bike starts running bad and giving some kind of warning right? Sounds like it was running fine then just wouldn’t start?

Yes. Running fine, didn't ride for maybe a week went to start it, nothing. The compression gage even if it's off was still reading consistently across the cylinders 1 and 4 the same and 2 and 3 the same but at a double difference. 30psi to 60psi

Just weird. Mine has more miles and sits longer than a week when I can’t be home. You have a mouse issue where bike is stored? You are way more mechanically inclined than I but just sounds like it’s probably some electrical issue.
