I have to admit most of my "pucker moments" were non abs. My RSV warped 2 sets of brembo disks. I then upgraded to full floating cast iron disks. New, the cast iron disk surface area was painted black. After the 1st test ride I noticed only the outside of both disks was worn, the inside was just scuffed. Shitty non mono block brembo radials only working one side of the disk. Updated to the M4.34s and that was the end of any sphincter action. Before, I would be backing it into a hairpin with the front shuddering just trying to survive. My mates behind me said "how do you do that" my reply was "will to live"
I admit the z900rs nissan radials were not bad, If I had to rate them with one word it would be "soft". Not sure if it was the master or the calipers, in the bin they went. After getting used to 10-15mm of lever travel to do a stoppie, there is no going back. The M4s never disappoint and the brembo corsa corta 19rcs is a master piece. with 18 or 20mm piston setting and 3 modes: Normal, Sport and race it took me a couple of hours testing to end up with the exact settings for my riding style, 18mm/race.
100kg rider, 1st thing I do is upgrade front and rear shocks for my weight, second is brakes and the 3rd stage I am up to now, POWER!

To be honest, I’ve never used a bike to anywhere it’s full potential and most likely never will. With that said, if I found myself with a pile of spare cash, I’d most likely buy the fork bottoms for radial callipers, just so I could fit some Hel callipers and master cylinder. Whether or not I could tell any difference between the different setups is anyone’s guess, but the bling factor is high :008:
