The reason why I asked if you pulled the clutch cover off is because I thought you changed the clutch springs...and if you put back without being careful, the clutch lever (inside) does not connect and the pull moves but doesn't actually actuate the clutch packs.

I understand! The clutch seems to be working fine. Haven't tried shifting yet as the engine has leaked oil.

Can I remove the small engine cover without causing problems?

Yes. There is no (maybe 1 drop) oil inside the small cover...that's where the CPS is located.

BTW: You might want to start your own thread as this could water down the purpose of this OT.

p.s. that feeling when you seen Simon's bike being disassembled/assembled more times, than you ride your own bike   :008: :008: :008:

Same here 😁
After the video I checked the website for the brake lines and for the ABS model they are only offered as a kit front and rear.
Does it mean for the ABS model is necessary to change both lines together and not only the front one?

Simon, just a quick observation from watching a couple of your videos. You do know that you dont need to remove those 2 plastic rivets to get the headlight unit off? If you take the screen off, you can remove the headlight by taking out the 2 Allen head bolts and the 2 hex head bolts. Granted its 2 more bolts, but probably better than popping those rivets in and out all the time.

Great video though, Im still recovering from the cost of a new rear shock this month, but my front brake pads are getting low, the bike is over 2 years old and has done a little over 12,000 miles, so its time for a brake fluid and pad change. Been thinking Ill get a set of front and rear braided lines to install at the same time as changing the pads and fluid.
