Had to order some parts for the 650 so I went ahead and got the 900RS frame plugs. They fit. I think the small one would fit in the hole that has the nut welded in it if you wanted to go all in on the frame cover delete.

Can you take a wider shot of the bike so you can see the whole bike without the frame covers and the plugs fitted?

I was just looking at my frame covers yesterday and debating on painting, wrapping or removing. Now that these plugs are an option, I may be rethinking things.  :017:

I got a question to everybody here with a tail tidy..

How do you deal with all the tyre overspray that you get while riding in wet conditions?
You know the saying "Tail tidy = Rider Dirty" :138:

I have seen some who slap on tyre huggers after installing a tail tidy  :157:
For me it defeats the purpose of tail tidy in the first place..

Ive got the pyramid plastics hugger extension fitted, but thats more to stop the spray under the bike getting crap all over the shock. As for the spray on me, thats why Ive got textiles. Theyre waterproof and get cleaned in the spring and treated with some re-proofing spray. Until then, my jacket just gets continually more filthy as the winter goes on. By the end of last winter, the back of my black jacket was almost white with all the road salts and dirt that it got covered in lol.
