Tried the R6 throttle tube but experienced binding and it wouldn't return smoothly. It does usefully shorten the throw though.
So I built up a stock throttle tube by bonding and pinning domestic waste pipe to it and re-shaping to R6(ish) dimensions.
However had the exact same binding issues. But all that was required was to chamfer the throttle cable guide half pipe where it runs close to the stock throttle and rubs on the oversize version.
Works perfect and I cannot see why the R6 tube won't work with the same tweak to the throttle cable guide. I didn't try it though. Just about got away with cable adjustment at twist grip end but have since adjusted at throttle body end to provide some adjustment slack.
I would recommend. The reduced twist require does not look much but it enough to avoid the need to re-grip for max throttle.

    Cheers for that Cazzy!

Disassembled the headlight of the z last night to change one of the Bi-xenon projectors this gave a color difference  :013:

Of course everything is replaced under warranty from https://retrofitlab.com  :028:

It started with a new set of xenon lamps under warranty but that did not solve the color difference problem.

After that I got a new ballast under warranty which didn't solve the problem either.

In the end only the projector remained and of course they sent it to me under warranty.

I immediately took the opportunity now that the headlight had to open again to add some extras  :152:

Today I'm going to test the headlight and then clean it and close it again and reassemble it on the Z and connect it electrically and then I'll post some nice pictures of the final result.

Here are some pictures of work in progress.

    Hi Zed9,

That solenoid pulls a cover down, which releases more light for the Hi-Beam that is standard in Bi-Xenon projectors

    look at this clip :

Headlight is ready and closed-up and mounted on the Z !

And the Halo's and Demon eyes I can switch on and off separately this because of the police :725:

And if everything burns together with the xenon then a green glow shines through the xenon light image very cool
